These butterflies are summoned by great sorcerers to attack the enemy. They do not attack only with brute force (even if they seem fragile, their energy is huge) but also pretend to be harmless butterflies and use their powerful spells to deceive the enemy. Their magic is not based, as in other types of magic in probabilities, or desires, nor spells, nor in the magical energy inherent in all matter (Arcana naturis).

It is based in the Broken Structures of Existence. There is great secrecy surrounding this magic, because it is said to be powerful enough that by learning the basics of this kind of magic can be performed prodigies.

Existence has no harmonic wave like the Probabilities, but cut thorns and sharp spikes. If these impediments are broken reality changes, but far more brutally than with runic magic.

Therefore, these butterflies are used with great care and the few caregivers of them that there are usually know this powerful magic. They were thoroughly pursued by magic mercenaries, in order to get the secrets of this magic for the Lords of Evil. The Lords of Evil finally managed to create copies of these beings, known as Butterflies of Frost Magic.

At first glance, the Butterflies of Magic seems to be ordinary monarchs butterflies, but its appearance deceives, because they are so dangerous that one of them with a simple attack would make blood boil in pain to a basilisk.

Normally they wizard who controled them are called Dzyan'su (named after of the magic of broken structures that has dussian origin). In order to capture them, they uses recursive structures of is-doesn't-exist type causing a structure —in which even denies the existence of the structure itself— to appear).
One type of these structures took life in the form of beings called Butterfly masks. Although Butterfly masks came alive thanks to the Magic Scribble, a kind of magic completely different from the Magic of Broken Structures actually they were only Broken Structures.

The Broken Structures of Existence follow the same model as the runic magics based on Probability Wave. It is also similar to the Flow of Universes, employed by the Milegu Shesheyan.
