Empty castlesWhispers that vanish in the air,
armors that ever shine,
towers in the air, without foundations,
collapse.
Huge castles, once bustled with life;
now only travellers arrive
in terrestrial ships of fantasy.
That castle only has two towers,
but twenty more buried in the sand,
hidden from sight.
Totally empty, surrounded by fields, surrounded by pits.
Cold wind grey and blue, motes of black snow it has.
Violet flowers agonize in the mud,
butterflies burning in the fire.
The sun and the sky are only acquaintances,
each afternoon, from behind, the sun stabs his friend.
Deep waters erased the valley from existence,
calm fishes dwell now in the castle.
«Better end sunk in the water
than fearing the shadow of the black city».
Wise words in the air were floating,
but distrust, like venom, emanated.
«But the black city disappeared».
«That's true, lost dweller, but may appear again».

Todavía recuerdo aquel día,
flotando, por encima del mundo,
dividido en dos, futuro y pasado,
día, noche, mañana, todo uno,
alegría, tristeza y emoción;
pero fue el presente lo que perdí
y la ironía quien ganó.
Mundos de fuego helado
y pirañas desdentadas.
Verlo en reflejos furiosos
no sirve de nada.
Aquí sigue el camino,
pero nada fue igual
desde aquella interminable mañana.
Relato de Luagr. Prologo.
El desastre había sido total, aunque de eso hacía ya varios milenios. Todo lo que había quedado de aquella parte del mundo había sido una gigantesca montaña bañada por el mar.
Desde el risco sólo se observaba un paisaje increíblemente monótono. El mismo mar en todas direcciones. Sólo a lo lejos se distinguían unas peculiares formas globulares que cambiaban lentamente.
No se veían gaviotas ni cetáceos. Ni una sola nube cubría a esta parte del mundo, aunque los días en los que el Poder se desataba el ambiente se cargaba de una perturbadora niebla grisácea.
Desperté en la cima y, como el día anterior vi a 400 metros de la Gran Montaña una forma difusa que se iba acercando.
El enorme objeto que había aparecido flotando en el aire se había convertido en objeto de mi interés.
